Insurance review + payment options
Our admissions team will verify your or your loved one’s health insurance benefits and discuss available payment options, ensuring you understand coverage and costs clearly.

Admission assessment
We’ll conduct a phone-based admissions assessment during or after insurance verification to better understand your needs and ensure the right level of care.

Schedule travel + admission
After confirming clinical, medical, and financial details, we’ll work with you to schedule an admission date and coordinate any necessary travel arrangements.
5.
Welcome + in-person assessment
Upon arrival, our team will welcome you or your loved one, answer any questions, and provide support as treatment begins. We’ll also assist with any remaining intake paperwork to ensure a smooth transition into care.
6.
Treatment + recovery
With intake and financial paperwork complete, you or your loved one will meet with our nursing staff and treatment team for final assessments. This marks the start of your recovery journey at Aster Springs, where compassionate care and healing begin.
