1. Make a referral
Contact your professional outreach representative or our admissions team, or complete the referral form above. During the initial call, we’ll gather information, answer any questions, and guide you through pre-admission.
2. Pre-admission
During pre-admissions, we’ll work closely with you to assess clinical alignment and determine the best level of care. We’ll also review financial options and provide a benefit assessment for your client.
3. Admission
We prioritize your client’s well-being and partner with you every step of the way. You’ll receive regular updates throughout their stay and be notified when they arrive safely and begin intake.
