We provide residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adult women, ages 18 and older. Our residential program provides 24/7 compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment where healing can unfold. PHP and IOP offer structured therapeutic support during the day, allowing you to engage in treatment while maintaining independence in your life.
Who is residential treatment at Aster Springs Tennessee right for?
Residential treatment at Aster Springs Tennessee is for adult women and those identifying as female (18+) who are navigating eating disorders and need more comprehensive support than lower levels of care can offer. This program is especially helpful if you would benefit from structured, supported meals, daily therapeutic care, medical monitoring, and a nurturing environment where you can focus fully on your healing without the demands of daily life.
What eating disorders are treated at Aster Springs Tennessee?
We welcome individuals facing a wide range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, purging disorders, and other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED) and co-occurring mental health disorders. We also understand that eating disorders rarely exist in isolation, so our compassionate team addresses co-occurring concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder—because true healing honors every part of who you are.
How long is residential eating disorder treatment?
Every person’s journey is different, and we honor that. The length of your stay in residential treatment depends on your individual needs, goals, and progress. Many clients find that several weeks of residential care provides a strong foundation before transitioning to PHP or IOP. Your treatment team will work closely with you throughout your stay, thoughtfully adjusting your level of care to ensure you’re supported at every step.
Does Aster Springs Tennessee accept insurance?
We work with many major insurance providers to help make treatment accessible, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and affiliated networks like Optum and UMR.
